Dear Juno I think you made the right decision by giving up your kid for adoption. But at the same time all of this could have been prevented if you were a bit smarter about your choices. I think you got lucky with having parents that accepted your pregnancy unlike most parents. Many girls don't have that help and I think that's why most girls get abortions because it comes at the worst possible times and there is no one to help them if there parents don't. To prevent unplanned pregnancies we should educate kids sooner and have organizations helping these young girls/parents.
